Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect the Salon's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24-hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to half the cost of the scheduled service. 

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.


Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products you can EXCHANGE them within 2-weeks (14- business days) from the purchase date. We do not offer cash refunds on products or services.
