Co-Owner, Stylist, and Director of Education
Julie has been a dedicated hair stylist for over 30 years. Born and raised in and around the family business, her passion for hair began early at just 18. Today, Julie’s focus is on continuing her family's legacy with pride, while sharing her love of the craft through education and mentorship.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Julie spending time with her loved ones, camping, or enjoying the satisfaction of a great workout.
Favorite part of the business: “Joining the family business was the best decision I ever made! My favorite part of this business has always been helping people grow—whether it’s a client’s confidence or a young stylist’s career. Watching that transformation never gets old.”

President & Stylist
Stephanie leads Stephen & Co. with passion, purpose, and pride. With her husband and two grown boys at the center of her world, she channels her energy into creating a supportive, creative environment for both clients and staff. Whether she’s dreaming up the next phase of the business or enjoying a quiet moment by the sea, Stephanie brings heart to everything she does.
Favorite part of the business: “The energy in the salon, the talent of our team, and the opportunity to carry on a 50-year legacy while building something new—it’s a gift I don’t take for granted.”

Sarah is passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Outside the salon, she’s all about adventure, family time, and staying active with her husband Roy and daughters Sophia and Maya. She brings that same joy and energy to her clients every day.
Favorite part of the business:“The relationships I’ve built over 25 years are priceless. My clients bring so much meaning and brightness into my life—I feel truly lucky to be part of this community.”
