BOOKING WITH US:

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

 Cash tip is preferred, but for your convenience we do offer TIPPY™.

 

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments. We kindly ask you to give us a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within that 24–hour period, you will be charged 50% of the fully scheduled services. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services.


EXCHANGES:

We stand behind the professional products we carry, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product you purchased from Stephen & Co Salon, we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Exchanges on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in on a retail gift card. Hot tools, such as hairdryers, flat irons and curling irons must be exchanged within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. Custom ordered hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We guarantee all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right—at no additional cost to you. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) to reserve a visit for any necessary adjustments. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. We recommend seeing the same service provider you originally saw to adjust your service.
