Referral Policy:
Cancellation Policy:We encourage you to schedule appointments at a time that is most convenient for you. A 24 hour notice of cancellation would be appreciated so that we may better serve our clients who are on a waiting list. Return Policy:Our guarantee states that it will extend to users of our products the liberty to exchange any portion if you’re not satisfied. Extra services will be 100% guaranteed if you are using our products exclusively. Other problems you may have with our services will be corrected without charge within two weeks of your visit to our salon. |
Stylist Switch Policy:
We know that our clients lead very busy lives and we want to accommodate you as well as possible and let you schedule appointments at your convenience. While all of our designers appreciate regular clients, we know that once in a while you might like to work with a different stylist in the salon. We work as a team, and your comfort and freedom to choose amongst us is key to our success. Our multi level pricing structure allows options for every beauty budget.
